Job summary

Continental Services seeks an Equipment Manager to lead the daily operations of vending, markets, and OCS equipment shop in Lancaster. You will oversee refurbishment, inventory control, and install readiness to support customer needs and business priorities.

You will mentor installers and refurbishment technicians, partner with procurement on equipment orders, and ensure equipment is prepared safely and on schedule. Strong leadership and cross‑department collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in equipment management, refurbishment, installation coordination, warehouse/shop operations.
• Strong leadership skills to direct installers and shop workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with equipment inventory, asset movement, scheduling, and coordinating priorities across teams.
• Working knowledge of vending, market, and OCS equipment and asset readiness standards (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and related systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee vending, markets, and OCS equipment shop operations and lead installers and refurbishment technicians.
• Direct equipment refurbishment production to meet timelines and customer-ready standards.
• Maintain equipment inventory, including available units and retired assets.
• Schedule and coordinate installs, removals, swaps, and shop prep aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with procurement to order equipment and related resources.
• Support lead technicians with issue resolution and prioritization.
• Coordinate readiness for projects and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow, labor, and refurbishment volumes for efficiency.
• Uphold safe work practices in shop and field operations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status and movements.
• Communicate project timing and constraints across departments.
