Job summary

Continental in Lancaster seeks an Equipment Manager to oversee the vending, markets, and OCS equipment shop, directing installers and refurbishment technicians to meet production, installation, and operational priorities.

You will manage equipment refurbishment and inventory, partner with procurement on orders, and ensure safety and customer readiness while aligning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment management, refurbishment, and installation coordination.
• Strong leadership to direct installers and shop workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of vending, markets, and OCS equipment preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, track asset movement, and coordinate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vending, markets, and OCS equipment shop; direct installers and refurbishment techs.
• Direct daily equipment refurbishment; ensure cleaned, repaired, tested, and customer-ready units.
• Maintain equipment inventory; track available, refurbished, and pending assets.
• Schedule installs/removals/swaps; coordinate shop prep with customer needs and deadlines.
• Partner with procurement to order equipment and related resources.
• Provide operational/technical support; resolve equipment questions and unblock work.
• Coordinate readiness, staging, and quality checks before deployment.
• Monitor shop workflow, labor, turnaround, and refurbishment volume.
• Promote safe work practices; ensure compliance in shop and field activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, movements, and productivity.
