Job summary

Michels Corporation is hiring an Equipment Coordinator I to fulfill requests and coordinate release, transfer, maintenance, and return of 3rd party rental equipment. The role demands accuracy, urgency, critical thinking, and strong communication.

You will work closely with Michels personnel, delivering excellent customer service with ownership and professionalism. Responsibilities include reporting, vendor coordination, and yard equipment management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
• Must possess a valid driver license and clean driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and maintain various reports using reporting tools.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with 3rd-party vendors.
• Coordinate with project leaders and jobsites on delivery, maintenance, and pickup.
• Coordinate repair and servicing activities with internal teams and external vendors; move equipment in the yard.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure equipment needs are allocated across departments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd-party vendors for smooth operations.
