Michels Corporation is seeking an Equipment Coordinator I in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role focuses on fulfilling requests and coordinating the release, transfer, maintenance, and return of 3rd party rental equipment, with emphasis on accuracy, urgency, and customer service.

You will create and analyze reports, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with project leaders and jobsites to ensure timely delivery and maintenance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Create, analyze, and maintain reports using appropriate tools.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with third-party vendors.
• Coordinate with project leaders and jobsites on delivery, maintenance, and pickup.
• Coordinate repair and servicing with internal teams and external vendors; move equipment around yard.
• Collaborate with leadership to allocate department equipment needs.
• Develop relationships with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
