In collaboration with senior management, you will manage budgeting, asset records, and equipment lifecycle decisions, while coordinating transfers and procurement to minimize downtime and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading equipment staff in corporate and field locations.
• Budgeting and annual planning for equipment.
• Safety compliance and stop-work authority responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment staff across corporate and field sites, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Monitor equipment utilization, maintenance, and cost reports to identify improvements.
• Coordinate equipment transfers, mobilizations, and demobilizations between projects.
