Biltmore Forest Country Club in Asheville, NC seeks an Equipment Manager II to maintain the golf course fleet and support championship-level conditions. You will work under the Lead Equipment Manager, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance and alignment with course schedules.

Key duties include routine maintenance, diagnostics, inventory control, and staff training. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or higher; related education encouraged.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on diagnostic ability.
• Experience maintaining turf equipment such as mowers and sprayers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and documentation.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on turf equipment and repair mechanical issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and service records.
• Safely operate turf equipment and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain a clean, safe shop.
• Collaborate with agronomy leadership and train staff on usage.
