Country Club of Asheville, a McConnell Golf property in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Technician for full-time work. You will start early each day to maintain greens, tees, fairways, rough, and sand traps, ensuring the course is ready for play in all weather conditions.

You will operate walking and riding mowers, perform routine upkeep, and work outdoors in varying weather. The role emphasizes punctuality and safety while supporting a premier club experience.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to move heavy objects (over 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Early morning set up of golf course.
• Mow and trim grass areas using walking and riding mowers.
• Manage all components of the course to include greens, tees, fairways, rough, and sand traps.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Early morning shifts are standard and punctuality is of utmost importance.
