Job summary

LGH USA in Savage, MD is seeking a mechanically inclined technician to maintain rental equipment, ensuring immediate availability for safe use. You will inspect, disassemble and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and handle forklift operations and local deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and DOT certification upon start. Occasional overtime and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Hand and power tool experience desired.
• Experience working with rigging equipment beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and timely.
