Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:45pm - 11:15pm) in Palm Bay, Florida.

This 100% onsite role supports Back-end Assembly/Test maintenance for hi-rel semiconductor manufacturing, with strong emphasis on safety, calibration, and problem solving. The candidate will work with 120/240/480V systems, wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology or military training or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Probers, Handlers, and ATE).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Equipment Maintenance.
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills; demonstrated problem solving.

Equipment Maintenance Technician (Probe/Assembly/Test- 2nd Shift)

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the positionof 2nd shift Assembly/TestMaintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of Hi-Rel semiconductors. Hours are 2:45pm - 11:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Ability to work on complex electrical systems, to include 120, 240, and 480 volts.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40lbs

Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled articles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access. This includes individuals who are:
