Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician in Exton, PA. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing production equipment to maximize uptime, quality, and throughput.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and test systems, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will work with engineering to diagnose issues, maintain logs, and assist with installation and validation of new

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Experience with Pick & Place, reflow ovens, and vacuum furnaces is a plus.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and reading schematics.
• Soldering experience with current certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain PM records and equipment logs; coordinate with engineering as needed.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
• Follow safety policies and LOTO procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide feedback to engineering on program performance and process issues.
