Job summary

Lifting-Gear-Hire-Corp in Deer Park, TX is seeking a mechanically inclined Technician to maintain rental hoisting and rigging equipment to ensure readiness for safe use.

You will disassemble, diagnose, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic gear, perform preventive maintenance, operate a forklift, and transport orders. A valid driver’s license and DOT certification are required, with competitive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred; rigging equipment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and inspect for quality compliance.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and promptly.
