Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking a maintenance technician for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) onsite at our Sheboygan Falls facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support the maintenance team.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2–3+ years of experience, and proven CMS system experience. Independent work ability and strong problem-solving are essential, with opportunities to improve equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• CMS system experience required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of equipment/systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical equipment issues.
• Repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Recommend equipment/process improvements.
• Follow engineering, maintenance, safety, and site procedures.
• Support less-experienced maintenance team members when needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2–3+ years of maintenance technician experience
• CMS system experience – REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment/systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform maintenance
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Preferred

• PLC knowledge
• Apprenticeship, Associate Degree, or Journeyman card
• Experience in manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical production facilities
• Equipment failure analysis and preventive maintenance experience
• Experience improving equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency
