Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $38.00/hr

We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on, and safety-focused Equipment Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade automated manufacturing equipment
• Install and modify machines per engineering instructions
• Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks
• Recommend toolset improvements and support machine upgrades
• Assist with production operations and collaborate with engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What Is Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 10–12 years of experience in high-capacity manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with automated equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Skilled in using hand and power tools; PC‑based testing experience preferred
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to changing shifts or schedules
• Strong attendance, initiative, and teamwork mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Manual dexterity for precise assembly work
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
