Job summary

Hader Solutions in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a hands-on equipment technician to prepare rental orders, inspect units for quality, and perform maintenance. The role involves disassembly, troubleshooting, and testing electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as operating forklifts and delivering orders.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and DOT certification.

• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rental orders and conducting inspections to meet quality standards.
• Disassembling, troubleshooting, repairing, reassembling, and testing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand-operated equipment.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Operating forklifts for loading, unloading, and internal transportation of equipment.
• Driving company vehicles for safe and timely delivery of rental orders.
