Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Warehouse Technician to maintain, repair, and inspect hoisting and rigging equipment used for rental purposes. The role includes disassembly, troubleshooting, and testing across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand-operated systems.

You will operate forklifts, load and unload at a warehouse, and deliver orders using company vehicles. A high school diploma is required, with DOT certification to be maintained after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools preferred.
• Experience with rigging equipment like hoists is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job description

Role Overview:

This position involves maintaining and repairing hoisting and rigging equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation for rental purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rental orders and conduct inspections to meet quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand-operated equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental assets.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload and transport equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver rental orders safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools preferred.
• Experience with rigging equipment like hoists is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• DOT certification required upon hire and must be maintained.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to lift/carry up to 55 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Must pass background checks, drug tests, and employment verification.
