Job summary

TSP talent is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure availability and safety of hoisting and rigging equipment. You will prepare orders, inspect assets, perform repairs, and test equipment to meet quality standards.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing. Company-provided benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Experience with rigging equipment such as hoists is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; DOT certification required upon hire and maintained thereafter.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rental orders and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Disassembling, troubleshooting, repairing, reassembling, and testing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand-operated equipment.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance on rental assets.
• Operating forklifts to load/unload and transport equipment within the warehouse.
• Driving company vehicles to deliver rental equipment safely and promptly.
