Job summary

E-Tank, Ltd. (& E-Pump) is looking for a full-time Shop Foreman for the Pittsburgh branch. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe handling of equipment maintenance tasks including pumps, storage tanks, and more.

The ideal candidate will have minimum supervisory experience along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or industrial cleaning.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience is necessary.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Pump/Cleaners/Processors I, II, and III.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure thorough inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Create a team-oriented culture that aligns with company values.
