• Experience with lease/loan decisioning.
• Equipment financing experience.
• Strong automated credit scoring and financial modeling knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of lease accounting systems.
• Team player with proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting multi-territory operations across East, Central, and West zones.

Responsabilités

• Review credit scoring metrics and risk ratings to identify material strengths and weaknesses for timely decisions.
• Support credit decisions with scoring models and data from credit agencies and external resources.
• Accurately spread and analyze financial statements and incorporate metrics into reviews.
• Review and approve transactions within authority; advise on higher-risk cases.
• Monitor credit lines and renewals to maintain risk controls.
• Document and structure credit approvals per guidelines.
• Advise sales on pended applications and collect necessary financials.
• Update system comments to reflect status of credit applications.
• Collaborate with IT for scoring model maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop strong relationships with inside/outside sales and end users.
