Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with decisioning lease/loan requests.
• Equipment financing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automated credit scoring and risk rating analytics.
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively to close approvals.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit scoring metrics and risk ratings to provide timely credit decisions.
• Spread and analyze financial statements and integrate metrics into reviews.
• Monitor credit lines and renewals within authority.
• Document credit approvals consistently with risk guidelines.
• Advise sales teams on pended applications and facilitate information gathering for decisions.
• Maintain system comments to inform stakeholders.
