Job summary

Michels is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage the release, transfer, and return of company equipment. You will monitor intake and utilization, process check-ins, and coordinate pickup/transfer, while developing plans to optimize inventory.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and a valid driver license. We value experience with equipment handling, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and strong collaboration with multiple teams to ensure on-time project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with equipment handling and inventory processes.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Excel.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills requests and coordinates release, transfer and return of Michels equipment.
• Monitors equipment intake and utilization; processes check-in of equipment.
• Provides scheduling assistance and coordinates equipment pickup/transfer.
• Develops and implements plans to manage equipment inventory.
