Depot Connect International (DCI) is hiring an Equipment Control Clerk in Channelview, TX to support customer needs for container and tank inventory. You will ensure accurate release of equipment and maintain inventory records.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in office administration, and familiarity with trucking or intermodal transport. Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, as is attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in an office administrative role.
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry.
• 2 years Google Suite experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 3 years Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and releasing equipment from inventory per customer needs.
• Inspect on-site containers and tanks for readiness for release.
• Maintain inventory updates for equipment, containers and tanks.
• Enter accurate release information into facility's software system.
• Provide accurate release information on containers that are still pending completion.
• Administrative tasks as assigned such as maintaining files, copying, emailing, faxing.
