Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in office administration and trucking/intermodal industries, plus proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. You will enter data, support clerical tasks, and help ensure equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (2+ years) is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (3+ years) is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and releasing equipment from inventory per customer needs.
• Inspect containers and tanks to ensure readiness for release.
• Maintain inventory updates for equipment, containers, and tanks.
• Enter accurate release information into the facility's software system.
• Provide accurate release information for items still pending completion.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and faxing.
