Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead Equipment Integration initiatives from the LMH Integration Group within a US-based role.

The position supports end-to-end proposal development and commercial execution for complex material handling opportunities, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and customers. The role may involve domestic travel up to 30% and could include people-management responsibilities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing machinery systems integration projects.
• 3–5 years coordinating proposal/RFP/RFQ responses, developing project costs, resource plans, and schedules.
• Experience supporting contract review, contract management, commercial risk identification, or cross-functional project execution.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain technical, commercial, and execution considerations clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned around goals, milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Structured and process-oriented, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and balance speed with quality of execution.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development and commercial execution process for complex opportunities.
• Manage pre-contract phase through handoff to the execution team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and customer stakeholders to align requirements and develop schedules and costs.
• Identify risks and present well-engineered solutions during quotation and contract stages.
• May include customer site visits and lead cross-functional teams to improve deal velocity.
