Job summary

Intralox, LLC, a division of Laitram, seeks a Project Manager to join the LMH Equipment Proposal and Project Management Team. Based in Baltimore, MD or New Orleans, LA, you will develop technical proposals for ARB Equipment and lead project execution with excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, driving results, and delivering customer-specified outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years PM experience are expected, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to articulate mechanical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
• Self-motivated team player and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to define project scope and develop proposals.
• Lead project execution while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet requirements and objectives.
• Manage progress by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving conflicts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate processes and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Translate concepts into actionable product specifications for Intralox Equipment.
