Job summary

Sanco Services in Albert Lea, MN is hiring Equipment Installers to join our growing team. This full-time role includes nationwide travel and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with earning potential over $75K.

You will install equipment, diagnose issues, order parts, and maintain safety and customer relations on site and while traveling. Prior installer experience helps, but a strong mechanical aptitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Trade certification in a skilled trade is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install new and used equipment following established processes.
• Ensure installations meet standards and customer needs.
• Work independently in field service and maintain customer relations.
• Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software.
• Order parts needed for each job.
• Complete documentation when the job is completed.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

Sanco Services is hiring motivated Equipment Installers to join our growing team. We‘re looking for dependable individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and willing to travel. Previous installer experience is helpful.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Install new and used equipment by following established processes and procedures
• Ensure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer’s needs
• Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
• Diagnosing issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software
• Order parts needed for each job
• Complete documentation when job is completed
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Trouble shooting skills

• Welding experience is a plus

ABILITIES:

• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
• Possess a clean driving record
• Must be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a time
• Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts
• Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)
• Frequently works on scaffolding
• Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts
• Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes
• Moderate noise level
