Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing process equipment installation experience.
• 3+ years of management experience in equipment installation.
• 70+% travel expected for project deployments.

Responsibilities

• Project scope management including estimating scope changes and scheduling.
• Oversee procurement, construction, safety, and progress monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional teams from contract award to close-out.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage contract requirements and change control.
• Support union relations where applicable and risk management.
