Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is seeking an inspector to thoroughly check trailers and trucks for safety and compliance in El Paso, TX.

The role focuses on inspecting tires, lights, and exterior components, and coordinating entry/exit of equipment in a fast-paced yard environment. The ideal candidate will have basic trailer knowledge and the ability to work independently or with a team, in a shift from Tuesday to Saturday 8AM-3PM.

Qualifications

• Inspects trailers entering and exiting yard to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assess tires, lights and exterior components for safe operation.
• Review trailers arriving from Mexico for damage or defects.
• Ensure timely and authorized entry and departure of equipment.

About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity to learn our operation and either start, or grow, your career in transportation! This position is responsible for thoroughly inspecting truck and trailers to ensure they are safety and compliant for operation.

Pay and Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday 8AM-3PM.
• Pay Range $17.00-$18.00.
