Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an Equipment Data Analyst to evaluate equipment systems that improve restaurant operations. You will collect and analyze specification, performance, service, and space-planning data, identify trends, and support recommendations under equipment leadership.

You will collaborate with OE directors, franchisees, suppliers, and operations teams to research opportunities, prepare findings, and ensure data quality for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (min/preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in data analysis, equipment, restaurant operations, engineering, testing, space planning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved testing process for equipment tests (ETAP).
• Gather requirements and document findings to aid suppliers.
• Maintain and analyze equipment specification data (dimensions, utilities, performance, costs).
• Analyze equipment issue data from franchisees and leaders; track trends and escalations.
• Conduct field observations, time-and-motion studies, workflow mapping, and SOP reviews.
