Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards. You will operate and manage heavy equipment and supervise day-to-day activities on site.

You'll oversee equipment and material usage, maintain DOT paperwork, and train crew members while adhering to OSHA and company safety policies. This role offers a hands-on leadership path and opportunities to grow within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
