U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and questions. You will use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, move and hook up trucks, and provide excellent service at our retail stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Educate customers about products and services and prepare rental invoices.
