Job summary

You will work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor for policy compliance, and prepare comprehensive documentation for funding. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in equipment finance.
• 2+ years of contracts experience or related business experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and office software.

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction data in the front end system and review details.
• Ensure ownership interests and UCC filings are perfected.
• Prepare transaction documentation packages.
• Coordinate internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with policy.
• Assist with pricing or structure changes as needed.
• Identify items needed to prepare transactions for funding.
