Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Asset Finance Sales Associate to support the Equipment Finance team at our Waterloo or Minnetonka locations. The role focuses on sales administration and operations, coordinating with the EFRM team and internal staff to ensure complete funding packages and timely follow-up.

The position emphasizes relationship management, proposal preparation, asset evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration with dealers, brokers, and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Equipment Finance or banking transactions.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of credit and commercial banking environment is expected.
• Ability to become an EFRM Sales Representative in future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as conduit between EFRM Sales Team and Internal Support.
• Conduct client/prospect research with Knowledge Management.
• Joint calling and tradeshows with EFRM Sales Team.
• Co-manage dealer, distributor, broker and customer relationships with sales executive.
• Prepare and present financing proposals and perform asset evaluation.
