Job summary

Altius Search Group is seeking a Lease Administrator to support IT and industrial/material handling equipment finance transactions in Irvine, CA. The role coordinates credit approval through funding, booking, and post-closing administration, interfacing with Sales, Credit, Legal, Accounting, customers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has experience with equipment leases/loans, UCC filings, and funding procedures, plus strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities in a deadline-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment finance, lease documentation, funding, or transaction administration.
• Experience with multiple equipment types including technology and industrial assets.
• Familiarity with UCC filings, insurance requirements, titles, and funding procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret credit approvals and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with competing priorities under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease and related documents in line with approved credit terms.
• Coordinate closing requirements with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and funding conditions.
• Collect and verify invoices, equipment schedules, insurance evidence, and other docs.
• Verify asset descriptions, delivery and acceptance documentation before funding.
• Maintain records in the lease-management system and track close deadlines.
• Support post-closing documentation, audits, and portfolio administration.
