Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in equipment finance required.
• Minimum 2+ years of contracts experience or related business experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction data in front end systems and review details prior to documentation.
• Ensure ownership interests are perfected via UCC filings or searches.
• Prepare transaction documentation packages for approved requests.
• Coordinate across internal departments to resolve information discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with policy and procedures.
• Support approval Modifications based on transaction changes.
• Understand product, pricing, and documentation structures across industries.
• Identify contractual issues and propose resolutions within credit/legal policies.
• Identify items needed to prepare transactions for funding and follow up with clients.
• Maintain performance metrics and service levels.
