Fifth Third Bank in Rosemont, Illinois is seeking an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist responsible for documenting, closing and funding Equipment Finance transactions. You will coordinate with the client, relationship manager, portfolio manager and pricing manager to ensure policy, compliance and timely closing.

The role requires 3-5 years' loan documentation experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in UCC searches, vehicle titling, and MS Office.

Competenze

• 3-5 years' experience with loan documentation and due diligence preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage the transaction documentation and closing process for Equipment Finance transactions.
• Coordinate with client and deal team to ensure policy, compliance and closing conditions are addressed.
• Obtain necessary approvals and ensure proper perfection of liens and ownership.
