U.S. Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Commercial Banking Client Representative to join the Equipment Finance Client Support team. You will act as the primary daily contact for commercial banking clients, resolving inquiries and supporting relationship growth.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, accuracy in invoicing, and using multiple systems to deliver timely solutions. You will help build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank.
• Maintain and expand client relationships by providing exceptional customer support.
• Research and resolve invoicing questions, account inquiries, and client concerns.
• Process invoice adjustments, modifications, and related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Navigate multiple systems to investigate issues and identify solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
