Job summary

WW Cannon is seeking an Equipment Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair dock levelers, doors, conveyors and related material handling equipment across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex with occasional travel. No strict experience required, just a willingness to learn and strong mechanical aptitude.

You will participate in ongoing training and advancement through a five-level certification path, with opportunities to lead crews and develop technical skills in reliability, safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years installation/construction experience or related field.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to safety and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose installation, maintenance and repair problems on overhead doors, dock levelers, entry doors and related equipment.
• Communicate needs for repairs, parts or delays to Service Support Team.
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in training/meetings to grow skills.
• Accurately document service calls and inspection paperwork.
• Lead and support crew members while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
