Job summary
Anchor Technical, an industrial plant performance contractor based in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks an apprentice-level Industrial Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance, repair and calibration of packaging and material-handling equipment. You will respond to field dispatches, perform tasks with supervision, maintain safety, complete service reports, and travel to client sites as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; OSHA safety awareness is essential; lifting up
Qualifications
- Pre-employment skills evaluation aligned with Field Service Technician I capabilities.
- Ability to provide safe, reliable, on-time service to customers.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance trades and equipment types.
- Ability to detect faults using five senses and report to supervisor and customer.
Responsibilities
- Respond to field callouts and dispatches as assigned.
- Perform maintenance and repair of packaging and material-handling equipment.
- Conduct tests, diagnose faults, and implement solutions.
- Generate service reports with details of work, parts, and follow-up.
