Job summary

F&P America Manufacturing is seeking an AEG Equipment Engineering Manager to direct and manage the Equipment group in the new model function. The role has overall responsibility for equipment/cell development and installation and is an on-site position in the U.S.

You will lead the equipment engineering team, develop process plans for welding and assembly, and coordinate procurement and budgeting for equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing equipment and process development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coordination and computer skills.
• Able to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Compensation package includes bonus potential, car and cell phone allowances.
