Responsibilities include analyzing equipment performance and reliability, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and providing technical support to repair and process engineering teams to keep the manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Experience with evaluating and selecting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to oversee installation, upgrade and maintenance.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability and uptime improvement.
• Experience providing technical support to repair and process teams.
• Ability to write preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, selecting and ordering cost-effective manufacturing equipment.
• Overseeing installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance.
• Tracking manufacturers' notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Studying equipment performance and reliability.
• Improving uptime with preventive maintenance programs.
• Providing technical support to repair and process engineering teams.
• Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules.
