Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to develop and implement engineered industrial gas applications for the food processing industry.

You will lead design, CAD work, process modeling, budgeting and schedules, and support for fabrication, installation, commissioning and post-installation service. The role requires a BS in engineering, 10+ years of hands-on experience in food processing or industrial gases, and strong CAD, writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a BS degree in industrial, mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on equipment engineering/design experience in the food processing or industrial gases sector.
• Strong CAD, technical writing and communication skills with site and customer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design, cost estimates and project schedules.
• Perform CAD modeling and engineering of equipment and systems.
• Conduct process modeling, calculations and design reviews.
• Prepare technical proposals, bid packages and schedules.
• Manage equipment fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup.
• Provide post-installation troubleshooting and support.
