Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions, LLC seeks a hands-on Process Engineer to design, simulate, and implement natural gas processing systems. You will translate process concepts into detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and field-ready plans for installation, commissioning, and operations.

The role blends process engineering with mechanical drafting, collaborating with project teams to ensure ASME/ANSI compliance and accurate fabrication drawings, with a focus on delivering safe, reliable plant upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-8 years in natural gas processing, CNG/LNG or midstream systems.
• Experience with decompression/decanting, compression, and field layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize systems including piping, dehydration, and amine sweetening.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, and heat/mass balances.
• Translate process requirements into constructible field-ready designs.
• Support field installation, commissioning, and site walkdowns.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams.
