Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of dispatch experience with heavy equipment, solid knowledge of DOT regulations, and strong computer skills to manage schedules and communications efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dispatch experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier Regulations and state height/weight rules.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch heavy equipment or other assets to locations per requests and specs.
• Ensure DOT and fleet safety regulatory compliance.
• Oversee communications between leadership and work crews.
• Collaborate with leadership to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
• Coordinate with heavy shop for repairs to restore service and schedules.
