You will assist customers at the center and out in the field, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, and you may move and hook up trucks and trailers. You will inspect equipment and educate customers about products and services.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities for on‑the‑job education and advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
