Job summary

Liberty Medical Specialties is seeking a full-time Equipment Delivery Technician in Whiteville, NC. You will organize routes, deliver patient orders, conduct home inventories, and demonstrate equipment use to patients and caregivers.

Role requires lifting 75+ pounds, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test. Includes health benefits, 401(k), PTO and on-call opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Organize delivery routes and prepare daily distribution route sheet.
• Deliver patient orders to homes.
• Conduct in-home patient supply inventories.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and maintenance to patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
• Pickup supplies and equipment after patient therapy.
• Service equipment such as concentrators, oxygen, patient aids, wheelchairs, and other DME.
• Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and performing functional tests on DME.

Liberty Medical Specialties, a leading provider of home medical equipment, supplies and services, is looking for a full time EQUIPMENT DELIVERY TECHNICIAN in WHITEVILLE, NC!

Responsibilities

• Assisting with organizing delivery routes and preparing daily distribution route sheet
• Performing individual delivery of patient orders
• Conducting in-home patient supply inventories
• Demonstrating correct equipment operation and maintenance procedures to patients, caregivers, clinicians, etc.
• Performing pickups of supplies and equipment at the completion of patient therapy
• Servicing various equipment: concentrators, oxygen, patient aid devices, wheelchairs and various other DME
• Assisting in the cleaning, inspection of, and performance of functional tests of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Due to the physical nature of this position, must have the ability to lift 75+ pounds, as well as the ability to stand and drive for long periods of time.

Other MUST HAVES

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma
• Clean Driving Record
• Must Pass Drug Test

FULL TIME ( 40 hours/week M-F) with on-call opportunities to supplement hours/income.
