Job summary

Access Systems, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Delivery and Installer to support customers throughout Central Iowa. You will travel to 1-4 customer locations daily to deliver, install, and set up technology equipment, ensuring they are properly connected and functioning.

You’ll work independently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate delivery records. Prior installation experience isn’t required; dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a customer-service mindset are key.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Great attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; cross-state travel; no CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and set up technology equipment at customer locations throughout Central Iowa.
• Follow installation instructions and customer requirements to ensure proper connections.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and maintain records.
• Manage daily schedule to complete installations efficiently and on time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
