Job summary

Access Systems is hiring an Equipment Delivery and Installer to support customers throughout Central Iowa. You’ll travel to 1–4 customer locations daily to deliver, install, and set up technology equipment.

You’ll work independently, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure equipment is properly set up and functioning. Mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn, you’ll provide excellent customer service.

Access Systems is hiring an Equipment Delivery and Installer to support customers throughout Central Iowa. In this role, you’ll travel to approximately 1-4 customer locations each day to deliver, install, and set up technology equipment.

You’ll work independently, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure equipment is properly set up and functioning. Previous equipment installation experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable learning new technology, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver, install, and set up technology equipment at customer locations throughout Central Iowa.
• Follow installation instructions and customer requirements to ensure equipment is properly connected and functioning.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and help resolve customer concerns.
• Complete delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage your daily schedule to complete installations efficiently and on time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to cross state lines. No CDL required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
