Job summary

Access Systems is hiring an Equipment Delivery and Installer to support customers across Central Iowa. You will travel to 1–4 customer locations each day to deliver, install, and set up technology equipment.

You'll work independently, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure equipment is properly set up and functioning. We’re seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology.
• Able to work independently, stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; crossing state lines required; no CDL needed.
• Able to lift 70 pounds and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and set up technology equipment at customer locations in Central Iowa.
• Follow installation instructions and ensure equipment is connected and functioning.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures.
• Manage daily schedule to complete installations on time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.

Access Systems is hiring an Equipment Delivery and Installer to support customers throughout Central Iowa. In this role, you'll travel to approximately 1-4 customer locations each day to deliver, install, and set up technology equipment.

You'll work independently, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure equipment is properly set up and functioning. Previous equipment installation experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable learning new technology, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
