Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Dallas is seeking a Supply Planner to join the upstream supply chain team, coordinating equipment deliveries and allocations across nationwide project sites. You will manage vendor relationships, track shipments, and address delivery issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in supply chain with allocations focus.
• Experience in project management, logistics, or inbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate shipments and determine equipment routing to sites or storage facilities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and meet project deadlines.
• Track shipments, update serial numbers, and report to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support shipping guidance, procedures, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate equipment needs with onsite teams and validate against ship dates.
• Identify risks to delivery and communicate with senior leadership.
• Assist leadership in reallocating equipment based on priorities.
• Develop process documentation and improvement strategies.
• Establish business metrics and reporting for delivery performance.
