Reporting to the Equipment Manager, you will partner closely with operations, maintenance teams, vendors, and asset management to keep equipment running safely, reliably, and cost-effectively in a high-demand project environment.
You will use equipment data, maintenance history, and field input to identify risks, elevate constraints, and drive practical improvements that reduce downtime and support project delivery. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable pulling reports and walking a yard - someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and keeps things moving.
